Liricirco is a theatrical proposal, difficult to label, in which different performing arts come together to surprise, amuse and thrill.
Courageous and irreplaceable accomplices in this heterodox lyrical-circus game, pianist and soprano begin what appears to be a conventional musical recital that threatens to become the stateroom of the Marx brothers due to the intervention of a handful of splendid acrobats.
The soprano morphs into the diva Castafiore while the pianist surrenders to the acrobatic team which places him, literally, upside down. In turn, the circus performers unfold into servants, dance troops, or volatile provocateurs, transforming this concert experience into a circus show, or the circus piece into a concert.
